The second load port/place is West Loch, Pearl Harbor, HI; ALD: 07 May 2024. The first discharge port/place is West Loch, Pearl Harbor, HI; Latest Arrival Date (LAD) 07 May 2024. The second discharge port/place is Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), CA; LAD 27 May 2024. The layday shall be a two-day window, to be indicated by Offerors, such that the ALD in MOTCO and LAD in West Loch, HI are met. The charter period will be one voyage.
