Child Care Subsidy Management for the U.S. Department of Labor


i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested.


ii. This solicitation document is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). When submitting an inquiry or quote, please use the reference number 1605DC-19-Q-00010.


iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, published October 26, 2018.


iv. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the size standard is $15 million.


v. The contractor shall provide a quote that includes a fixed monthly fee for the administration of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Child Care Subsidy.


vi. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the acquisition of Child Care Subsidy Management for DOL, according to the attached solicitation and its attachments.


vii. The period of performance for this requirement is for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods.

If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (p) of this provision.
