Summary below:
The objective of this task order is the development of materials for disseminating information regarding application of Performance Requirement Specifications (PRS) for Jointed Plain Concrete Pavements (JPCP) and Asphalt Paving. This includes the following three components:
1. Propose and develop documents that detail of the various JPCP and Asphalt pavement implementation projects to date. These documents should be in a form that can easily be shared with agency or contractor personnel and allow them to take advantage of lessons learned by these earlier pilots. Develop two Technical Briefs that summarize these projects and the lessons learned from the various implementation activities.
2. Develop additional materials including a 90-minute presentation and a 30-minute presentation, an informational video, and a whiteboard animation video, focusing on the implementation of PRS and highlighting the direct and indirect benefits of implementation of PRS.
3. Present the presentation at 2 locations as identified and requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
