The National Institutes of Health (DHHS/NIH) through the Office of Research Facilities - Office of Acquisitions has a requirement to replace an existing distributed antenna system (DAS) at the NIH/Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) facility in Hamilton, Montana. This project will include the design and installation of a new wideband DAS in several buildings on the NIH/RML campus. The new DAS shall have wideband capability in a single system, from 150MHz to 2700MHz; be capable of supporting multiple cellular service providers and all active cellular, PCS and LTE frequencies, including RF radio simulcast; and allow easy addition of new services to the infrastructure. The system shall have expansion capacity to support a minimum of six additional buildings and support 5G service when available. The design and installation shall include integration with the campus radio system to propagate VHF radio signals in multiple buildings/locations using the new DAS infrastructure.
