8/10/2022 Question & Response

Are these drawings expected to be included with our proposal on 8/12?  Or will these be required at a later date?

Please refer to p.69 of the SIR, Factor 3.

The “Evaluation Criteria” does not ask for a complete design or any design at all for that matter.  The Evaluation Criteria is a “yes/no” criteria.  We are asking the offeror to demonstrate that they “will employ the services of a Landscape Architect to prepare scaled drawings of the seven (7) areas to be irrigated.”

The paragraph above is just there to describe the duties that the landscape architect will need to perform once the award is made so that the offeror will know how to approach Landscape Architects to hire them as subs to do the design phase.

What the Evaluation Criteria is asking for is that they submit evidence and qualifications of the Landscape Architect they intend to hire.
