While the specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the available documentation, offerors should expect standard federal procurement evaluation procedures applicable to simplified acquisitions. The complete solicitation package is available electronically through the GPE, and all interested parties are encouraged to respond through electronic means.

This acquisition is not subject to any small business set-asides and is expected to remain below the simplified acquisition threshold, which is why synopsis publication requirements were waived under FAR 5.202(a)(13). The contract value is anticipated to be below the simplified acquisition threshold, though the exact dollar amount and specific performance location have not been disclosed in the provided materials. Additional details regarding quantities, delivery timelines, and the place of performance should be available within the complete solicitation package accessible through the GPE portal.
