The 114th Fighter Wing Base Contracting Office has issued a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to construct a 50'x150' concrete pad, replacement of asphalt roadway, installation of a traffic gate, and miscellaneous electrical work in Sioux Falls, SD.
The contract duration is 90 days or less after NTP. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a size standard of $36.5M.
A site visit is scheduled for August 9, 2018 10:00am local time. Interested offerors are encouraged to attend and shall follow site visit registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (c) (3) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which applies to this project and states by submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract... "the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees".
