About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation is soliciting proposals for circuit card assemblies under NAICS code 334412 (Bare Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing). This procurement requires contractors to meet higher-level quality requirements including ISO 9001 certification or higher standards, with inspection and acceptance of supplies governed by fixed-price terms. The solicitation operates under Emergency Acquisition Flexibility (EAF) Authority, formerly known as SEPA, meaning only government-approved sources of supply will be considered technically acceptable for award. Proposals are due by October 21, 2025, with delivery required within 365 days of award. The contract includes a one-year warranty period with 45 days after defect detection for remedy, and contractors must comply with Buy American Act provisions and various equal opportunity requirements.
This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all eligible contractors who meet the government-approved source requirements. The procurement calls for delivery of one each (1 EA) circuit card assembly, indicating a single-unit requirement rather than a large-scale production contract. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documentation. The contract will include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) delivery and shipping instructions, with payment processing through Wide Area Workflow systems combining invoice and receiving report procedures. Performance location and specific award values are not disclosed in the available solicitation details, though the procurement carries a national defense priority rating for emergency preparedness programs.
