About this opportunity

The procurement will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, which means vendors must meet all technical specifications to be considered. Interested vendors must submit detailed quotes electronically to Tiffany Hatcher by January 15, 2025 at 11:00 PM EST, with preliminary questions due by January 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. Vendors proposing alternative "equal" products must provide point-by-point compliance documentation demonstrating alignment with the solicitation's salient characteristics and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 813920, with a small business size standard of $25.5 or $14 million. The contract will cover a one-year performance period from January 21, 2025 to January 20, 2026, and will be executed within the United States. While specific budget details are not explicitly stated, the solicitation indicates that the government is not obligated to make an award or cover any vendor preparation costs. The procurement falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13.5 procedures, which typically apply to simplified acquisitions and commercial item purchases. Potential vendors should carefully review the full Request for Quote (RFQ) to ensure complete understanding of the technical requirements and submission guidelines.
