About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking to procure battery chargers under NSN 6130016048557 through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. The procurement involves 121 units of battery chargers to be delivered within 128 days after date of order, with delivery to various Defense Logistics Agency depots throughout the continental United States and overseas locations via consolidation and containerization points. This solicitation may result in an Automated Indefinite Delivery Contract with a one-year term or until aggregate orders reach $250,000, whichever occurs first. The agency estimates approximately 4 orders per year with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 18 units, and the approved source is identified as 3C854 DC3-AABB. All quotes must be submitted electronically by the July 15, 2025 deadline, as hard copies are not available and no specifications, plans, or drawings are provided.

This procurement opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, restricting participation to qualified companies within this designation. The contract falls under NAICS code 335931 for Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing and PSC category 61 for Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment. The potential contract value could reach up to $250,000 based on the aggregate order limitation, though specific unit pricing will be determined through the competitive quotation process. Performance will involve shipping battery chargers to multiple DLA depot locations across both domestic and international military installations. The solicitation follows standard federal procurement procedures where all responsible sources may submit quotes for consideration, provided they meet the service-disabled veteran-owned small business requirements and submit their responses electronically before the stated deadline.
