About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking vendor demonstrations of commercially available artificial intelligence tools that support the federal acquisition lifecycle, with capability statements due July 30, 2026, for a reverse industry day event scheduled in August 2026.
CDC seeks AI solutions addressing acquisition planning, market research, requirements development, solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, contract administration, and closeout. This is market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or imply future procurement action. Vendors selected will present existing AI tools in virtual sessions of approximately 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Q&A to a limited government acquisition staff audience.
Interested vendors must submit a capability statement of no more than two pages to Lauren Peel at ijt9@cdc.gov with subject line "75D301-26-RFI-73483 [Vendor Name]." Statements must identify the specific tool(s) or capabilities, discuss current use by other agencies or commercial companies or development status, and specify the acquisition issues or concerns being addressed. Questions may be submitted by July 20, 2026 at 5 PM EST; CDC will post answers to select questions by amendment. Vendors will receive notification of selection status following the July 30 deadline.
