About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting proposals for bare printed circuit board manufacturing and related electrical and electronic assemblies, boards, cards, and associated hardware under the solicitation titled "CCA, NTDS TYPE E." This fixed-price procurement requires contractors to meet specified inspection and acceptance standards for supplies in accordance with FAR clauses effective August 1996. The solicitation incorporates wide area workflow payment instructions and invoice/receiving report procedures, with evaluation to be conducted based on compliance with stated requirements including any exceptions to military specifications, standards, or packaging requirements that contractors must clearly identify in their proposals. Contractors who are not the original equipment manufacturer must provide the OEM's CAGE code and part number. The proposal submission deadline is February 17, 2026, with the solicitation posted on January 15, 2026, providing contractors approximately 33 days to prepare and submit their offers.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is available to all eligible contractors. The solicitation does not specify an award value, budget range, or quantity of goods required, nor does it provide explicit information regarding the place of performance or specific delivery timeline, though contractors must indicate their proposed number of delivery days in their responses. Key compliance requirements include completion of annual representations and certifications as of October 2025, adherence to the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act prohibition on certain orders, and submission of proposals via EDI or hardcopy with clear identification of any deviations from solicitation requirements. Contractors are advised that changes or requests for modifications after award will incur consideration costs deducted from the modification value, and all contractual documents are considered issued when transmitted by mail, facsimile, or electronic commerce methods.
