The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for an Carbide Cut off Saw for Watervliet Arsenal (WVA).
The saw shall be a horizontal, carbide tipped circular cut-off saw. It shall come complete with material handling devices for workpiece loading and unloading and will be used for cut-off operations on muzzle and breech end of rotary forged cannon tubes. Tubes will be up to 16" in diameter, 40' long, and weighing up to 15,000 lbs.
The solicitation will be issued on a Full and Open Competitive basis and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
Contractors should not contact the Buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 15 days after issuance of this notice.

Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
