About this opportunity

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Callyo 2009 Corp. for a 12-month Callyo System Licensing. The DEA requires the capabilities of recording phone lines with targets or informants' cell phones, and the ability for personnel to utilize smartphones as group listening devices during enforcement operations.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify interested parties of the DEA's intent to acquire the Callyo System Licensing through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated total amount is a recurring requirement. Interested parties who believe they can provide the required software capabilities are encouraged to contact the DEA by August 12, 2024 to submit a written response describing their ability to do so. Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable, and the award will be made on an all-or-none basis. Callyo has been tested, vetted, and approved by the DEA for use, and is currently operational.
