About this opportunity

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for a firm fixed-price contract to demolish Building 11 at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, Connecticut. The selected contractor shall demolish the building and restore the building footprint to match surrounding surfaces within 180 days of the notice to proceed, while complying with Department of Defense antiterrorism standards. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer without discussions. Questions must be submitted by June 23, 2021 with responses provided by June 30, 2021.

This requirement has been set aside 100% for small businesses defined as averaging less than $16.5 million in annual revenue for the past five years according to NAICS code 238910. The estimated value of the contract is between $1 million to $5 million to be performed at Bradley Air National Guard Base.
