1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA8571-16-T-0030. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100 % Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (See FAR 19.101 Explanation of Terms for information.)


3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, DFARS Change Notice 20160630, and AFAC 2016-0603.

5) Installation of the first system shall begin no later than 12 months after date of contract award with a total period of performance of no more than 30 months after date of award.
