The 78 Medical Group, AFSC Robins Air Force Base, GA awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Contract Award Modification P00014 in the amount of $665,585.00 to United Medevac Solutions Inc. (CAGE: 4KML4), 105 Cedar Branch Dr, Georgetown, TX 78628-7118

in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(2) and regulatory authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2 "Unusual and compelling urgency".

The services covered under this effort are for all labor, management, supervision, vehicles, supplies, equipment, transportation, and reports, government furnished property and services for 24-hour a day Paramedic emergency ambulance services for patient transport from all of Robins AFB (RAFB), GA. Contractor shall provide two (2) fully equipped ambulances with personnel on base. Their responsibilities include: (1) emergency Paramedic response and patient transport, (2) in-flight emergency response, (3) participation in RAFB and Military Treatment Facility exercises, and (4) provide third party collections forms (DD Form 2569). Contractor care shall be commensurate to Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic and ambulance services provided in the local community. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this performance work statement (PWS), and professional standards of The Joint Commission, AFI 44-119 Medical Quality Operations, the Department of Transportation and the National Registry for Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). The contractor shall participate in flight-line hazard and mishap response planning. These services will be paid for by the government, the contractor shall not bill patients. Emergency reporting (Fire Department) telephone numbers are 911 for emergency and (478) 222-2900/DSN: 472-2900 for non-emergency calls.

The period of performance for this contract action consists of a one (1) month extension with four (4) one moth option periods.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. All responses should be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed in this posting no later than the closing date. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The will be no written solicitation issued. No telephone requests will be honored. In accordance with AFI 16-201, foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level.
