The headlight should be configured to flood instead of spot. This will provide the widest viewable area for the minibike operator. Also, the wavelength sought out is 940 Nano Meters (nm).

•1 Air Force Special Operations Command units are currently deploying commercially modified Kawasaki KLX110L mini-bikes in austere locations. These mini-bikes are used to execute tasks associated with airfield operations.
•1 This combined synopsis/solicitation is seeking quotes to increase the operational capacity of the units listed below. This increase will provide an additional twenty (20) Kawasaki KLX110L mini-bikes during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2020 (Oct 2020 - Dec 2020) with an option to procure an additional 20 during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2020 (Apr 2020 - Jun 2020).
