About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is seeking repair services for a servo control automation unit (NSN: 7RE 6615 012567324 VH, Part Number: 70902-22001-044) designated as a Critical Safety Item for Foreign Military Sales case GR-P-BBK. This is a sole source procurement where the Government lacks sufficient data to solicit from alternative sources. The contractor must restore the unit to operating condition through evaluation, labor, materials, and parts replacement, with all work meeting original manufacturer specifications and drawings. Key requirements include ISO 9001 quality management system compliance, hazardous material documentation, military standard packaging and marking for overseas shipment, and configuration management controls coordinated through NAVAIR. Contractors must submit source approval data per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure as a condition of proposal consideration. The quotation deadline is May 27, 2026, with an estimated delivery date of February 4, 2027.
This procurement includes no set-aside designations and does not identify any current contractors or incumbents in the pre-solicitation notice. The Government seeks firm fixed pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire two-year contract period, with an initial induction period of 365 calendar days from award and a Government option to extend an additional 365 days. Only one unit is being procured in the initial requirement, though the contractor must propose option pricing for up to nine additional units. The contract will be awarded under an already established Blanket Order Agreement (BOA), and payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Contractors must be Government-approved sources, and those lacking prior approval are required to initiate the source approval process concurrently with proposal submission.
