About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting repair services for one SMART MULTIFUNCTION unit (NSN 5999-015687043, Part Number 267A750-3) designated as a Critical Application Item for Foreign Military Sales. The government seeks to restore the government-owned item to operating condition through evaluation, labor, materials, and parts as necessary, with repair work performed in accordance with the contractor's standard repair practices and approved repair standards. This is a sole source acquisition under an already-established Blanket Ordering Agreement, as the government does not possess sufficient accurate or legible data to contract with alternative sources. Contractors must submit required source approval information per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, and failure to provide all required data will render the offer non-responsive. The quotation deadline is April 17, 2026, with a contract period of performance running from March 18, 2026, to March 17, 2028, and delivery required by March 17, 2028.
This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation. The requirement includes one initial unit with contractor option pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire two-year contract period, with an induction period of 365 calendar days from contract award, extendable by an additional 365 days at the government's discretion. The contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price basis, with payment processed through Wide Area WorkFlow using DD Form 250 Material Inspection and Receiving Reports. The item will be shipped FOB Origin to New York Forwarding Services Inc. in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and all repair work shall be performed in the United States. The solicitation incorporates extensive FAR and DFARS clauses covering hazardous materials, configuration management, quality assurance, cybersecurity maturity model certification, critical safety items, and item unique identification requirements.
