The procurement involves a specific National Stock Number (4940016299499) for an instrument with a manufacturer's part number AP102153, produced by SANITZ ENTERPRISES, INC. The government will solicit and contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), indicating a specialized acquisition process with restricted technical data access.
