The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for one new 39' heavy duty CNC horizontal Broach/Rifling Machine (machine). Shall have the capability to push and pull broach rifling for hook and crown cutters. Also to include straight grooves, constant/progressive twist left or right hand. Machine shall be complete with all components necessary to rifle large canon tubes including a set of 155mm push rifling broaches. The preferred machine is a Varinelli model 70kN X 12,000 or equal.
The solicitation will be issued on a Full and Open basis and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price.
Contractors should not contact the Buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 15 days after issuance of this notice.

Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
