About this opportunity

This Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice was published by the Internal Revenue Service to acquire a one-year subscription to Chainalysis' Rumker floating license for up to five users. The justification cites Chainalysis as the sole provider that collects and analyzes the requisite Bitcoin transaction data over the longest period of time to fully enable its proprietary Rumker tool for network analysis and tracing of Bitcoin transactions to specific IP addresses. Pursuant to this justification, the IRS intends to award a contract to Chainalysis, Inc. on a sole source basis for one Chainalysis Rumker Floating License with a period of performance of one year.
