The RFSQ specifies strict formatting requirements including single-sided pages with standard margins, 12-point minimum font size (except on organizational charts), and Calibri or similar font. The County expects the prime firm's project manager, as proposed in the SOQ, to remain committed to the contract duration without delegation or substitution, and any staff substitution may result in contract revocation.
