About this file
This document appears to be the product specifications for 5,000 self-preserving environment DNA (eDNA) 5 micron filters required by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Whitney Genetics Lab. The filters must meet the following specifications: operational vacuum pressure of 0 to 12 psi, operational temperature of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, 0.25 inch ID and 0.5 inch OD silicone tubing connections, PES filter membrane material with 5.0 micron pore size, non-gamma sterilized, suggested filtration volume of 1 to 10 liters, closed cardboard box pre-filtration storage, biodegradable, and self-desiccating housing. This requirement is associated with the solicitation numbered 140FS224Q0180 for "WI WHITNEY GENETICS LAB Self-Preserving eDNA Filter Pack" issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service.
