However, the small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own na$e. but which proposes to furnish an iten vrhich it did not ibsetf manufacture, is 500 emPloyees.

(1) Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modificaEions, revisions, or withdrawals, so as tso reach the Government office desi"gnated in the solicitation by the time speci.ied in the soliciEation. If no LLme is specified in the solicitaLion, the time for rece-ipt is 4:30 p.m., loca1 time, for the designated Govelnment office on the date thab offers or revisions are due.
