WADS Test CriteriaPASSFAIL
Microphones
At each lectern, the speaker can be heard throughout the room on the 12 speakers using a normal voice speaking into the gooseneck microphones
Moving between the two lecterns, the speaker can be hear throughout the space using the ceiling microphones on the 12 speakers using a normal voice
When conducting a VTC, participants are able to be heard a manufacturer recommended distance away from the camera
LED lights indicate wether the ceiling microphones are muted or not
Speakers
The speakers provide clear voice/sound free from static and distortion
All speakers are active in sound distribution
White noise speakers provide sufficient white noise to cover the area and prevent whats being heard inside the room
Video
HDMI connection for GFE Blu-Ray player able to be played on any AND all monitors
HDMI user laptop able to be displayed on any AND all monitors
VTC
Unclassified end to end test completed -- Video/Audio sufficient for conference
Classified end to end test completed -- Video/Audio sufficient for conference
Video displays in-room picture on one screen, distant end on the other. Able to swap picture to either monitor
Touch Panel
Able to put any video source on any AND all screens from the touch panel
Able to put any audio source to the speakers from the touch panel
Able to mute and unmute all microphones from the touch panel
Able to change sensitivity of microphones from touch panel
Able to mute and unmute all speakers(White noise/12 8") in the room from the touch panel
Able to volume up/volume down all speakers (White noise/12 8") in the room from the touch panel
Able to switch to VTC from touch panel (Activate mic/speakers)
Able to change all sinage from touch panel (Class/Unclass, Green/Red for occupancy)
Able to control the PTZ camera from the touch panel (on/off/zoom/rotate)
Able to quickly blank all screens from touch panel with one button push
Touch panel familiarization completed
Camera
Camera is able to zoom in/out and has clear 1080p picture. Able to rotate and is set at appropriate manufacturer recommended height
