4.0

Answer: No
5.0
A. All timelines are extremely narrow and don’t allow for much coordination with internal and external stakeholders. For example, MSEL draft within 3 days of exercise execution will not allow for proper coordination and adjustments. Typically MSELs are sent for coordination at least one month in advance to all stakeholders, particularly where live rad source training is planned. Can these timelines be expanded to ensure coordination?
Answer: No
Miscellaneous
A. What is budget for the project?
Answer: This information is not available.
B. The timeline to complete planning for this complex, safety‐driven exercise is extremely short. Coupled that with the requirement in the SOW that the customer wants to be able to stop the exercise in order to give training is impossible to script and plan out. If one facet of the exercise is stopped for training, the rest of the exercise either continues through the stop "pot‐hole" or is likewise stopped. The exercise should only be stopped for safety issues. Training occurs in the follow on Improvement Plan, not during the exercise. Please verify planning timing and exercise stop needs.
Answer: Planning timeline is scheduled:
Mid‐Planning meeting 24 Jul Final Planning Meeting 23 Aug Exercise will only pause in the event of a safety violation
