WBAMC EMT Solicitation

Answers to Questions #4 - CLARIFICATION

The time for questions has passed; however, I am clarifying the Past Performance requirement.

There seems to be some discrepancies with respect to past performance references. The solicitation states that prime contractors and/or subcontractors can provide references however, the Q&A-1 indicates that references are to come from the prime contractor only.

Specifically, page 81 of the solicitation states: "Factor 2: Past Performance. Provide at a maximum two references (i.e., name, title, telephone phone number, and project title/description) who can verify that your company and/or proposed subcontractor(s) provided recent EMT either as the Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. "

In contrast, the answer to Q&A-1 states: "The Past Performance References must be from the Prime Offeror, not any potential subcontractors."

Please clarify if subcontractors can provide references.

ANSWER: Yes, subcontractors can provide references. Please refer to the solicitation for full Past Performance requirements.
