This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. Questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to jacquetta.o.white.civ@mail.mil no later than 20 October 2020, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Only electronic questions will be accepted. Telephonic requests will not be honored.

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Branch intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for Medical Pharmaceuticals for Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia. Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition to include any applicable addenda.

Clauses and provisions throughout this solicitation can be viewed by accessing website www.acquisition.gov . All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) program. The SAM can be accessed via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract.

Vendors shall include a complete copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications with their offer. Offerors shall include a confirmation of receipt of any amendments to this solicitation. Failure to submit a confirmation could result in the offer being determined non-responsive.

Offerors should include a Point of Contact Name, email address, and phone number. Quotes should be summited in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
