The amendment specifies that vendors must quote equipment using a cost per reportable methodology in accordance with the contract line item structure. It also responds to questions about the analyzers' cellular analysis, differentiation, and staining technologies by stating vendors can provide details on their proposed equipment's methodology if it meets or is comparable to capabilities described in the solicitation.
