Question: (line 0035) for the Co57 Sheet Source without handling fees are you able to provide the dimensions and the activity level?
Response: Flood Source dimensions - Lightweight - flood source, 20 mCi, 16 x 24 inch, with return kit - No Case.

Response: I123 200 -300 micro-Curies.
Question: Can you please clarify the quantity amount for Gallium. The product is priced per mCi, but the dose range is listed as 5-10 mCi for 40 doses. Thank you.
Response: The charge will be per mCi for up to 40 mCi per year.
Question: Since Neurolite is a newer more stable product than Ceretec for brain scans, would Womack like to consider pricing for Neurolite instead? If not, would they like a prepared unit dose of Ceretec with the stabilizer methylene blue (that is now included in the kit)?
Response: The requirement is for Ceretec, not Neurolite.
Question: Can you clarify what the words “STAT” and “emergency” mean and what is the difference. They are both line items and there is no definition so I can accurately price each item.
Response: As defined in the solicitation, a STAT is a delivery time that shall be no more than 30 minutes after order is placed. An emergency delivery response time shall be no more than two hours after order is placed.
Question: Why is the “STAT” dose to be delivered within 30 minutes and the “emergency” doses have a 2 hour window? Can they both be a 2 hour window?
Response: No. STAT will be 30 minutes and Emergency will to two hours.
Question: Does Womack Army Medical Center comply with only providing FDA approved products to their patients?
Response: Yes.
Question: Are FDA approved Generic products allowed to be substituted for Brand Name products?
Response: A generic item is noted on the actual Line Item.
Question: Line Item 0033, STAT Delivery: Are you requesting that the Patient Unit Dose is delivered in 30 minutes starting from when the department calls to place the order to the pharmacy during normal business hours?
Response: Yes.
Question: Can there be clarification as to what constitute the difference between Emergency Delivery and STAT delivery?
Response: As defined in the solicitation, a STAT is a delivery time that shall be no more than 30 minutes after order is placed. An emergency delivery response time shall be no more than two hours after order is placed. STAT will be 30 minutes and Emergency will to two hours.
Question: Would Ceretec WBC’s be acceptable alternative if In-111 is unavailable?
Response: No.
Question: Does the VA truly provide In-111-Oxine or is this old language leftover from the period where Cardinal had no access to GE products?
Response: Womack Army Medical Center is not a VA hospital. Please provide a proposal for the items as listed in the solicitation, Schedule B Line Items.
