Statement of Work Schneider Controls Commission

8CES/ FC5284

Background/Introduction: In May 2018 contractors upgraded Comms servers and in the process HVAC lost connection to all equipment controls base wide. The Comm Squadron came to help restore connectivity but was unable. HVAC personnel are unable to rectify this issue, it would be in the best interest of the squadron to provide a contract through Schneider controls to re-establish DDC(Direct Digital control) for 60+ facilities base wide. The scope of work would include uploading the program to the controls and re-writing program and to verify controls are operational. I believe a multi-year contract to work on and maintain controls would be beneficial as most technicians in the HVAC shop are not certified to work on the DDC.

Desired Outcome: The contractor shall be responsible for providing the following material and incidental service

Maintain DDC equipment for five years Warranty certificate for minimum 1 year Function test and commissioning for newly installed equipment Electrical switches, wires, conduits and all safely-certified electrical components and installation services to complete new HVAC/DDC systems

Place of Performance: All facilities on Kunsan AB
