Bike rack shall be fully assembled and installed according to manufactures recommendations.
Concrete pad for bike rack is 12’ x 12’. Rack shall be secured to an eye bolt (hot dipped galvanized) embedded in the pad. Area around completed concrete pad should be loamed and raked smooth to allow smooth transition between grass and pad.
WARRANTY: For a period of one (1) year from the date of complete installation, the contractor shall provide a warranty for satisfactory performance of the park equipment installed.
