Fire Resistance rating requirements for exterior walls based upon Fire Separation distance (Table 602): No rating requirement if distance to imaginary property line is 30 feet or greater.

Maximum Area of Exterior wall openings based upon fire separation distance and degree of opening protection (705.8.1 exception 1.1): In other than Group H occupancies, unlimited unprotected openings are permitted in the first story above grade plane either: 1.1 Where the wall faces a street and has a fire seoparation distance of more than 15 feet.

Egress capacity (Table 7.3.3.1) level travel:

0.2 inch per person x 908 = 181.6 inches required.

PROVIDED: Actual level travel capacity: 363" clear.

NUMBER OF MEANS OF EGRESS: 7 (4 required from main A-3 spaces)

(2) at 33" clear, and (5) at 66" clear= 429" clear.

In assembly occupancies, the main entrance/exit shall be of a width that accommodates one half of the total occupant load (12.2.3.6.2). One half of the total occupant load 908 = 454 persons *.2= (90.8 inches required) 132 inches provided.
