QUESTIONS
1) Are the fish to be tagged already in captivity? If need to capture them , is the equipment already supplied - boat, fishing gear, etc.? Do we need to hire a fish guide to get that or would we perhaps be working with NOAA or USGS so could utilize their boats and staff.
2) WHAT fish to they want tagged and how many? Salmon, herring, rockfish?
3) What types of fish tags are we talking about? Based on the information given, we believe the tags will be VEMCO tags placed in the fish peritoneal cavity.
4) What equipment does USACE have and will supply to the project? Based on the Price Sheet provided, we are assuming VEMCO (price sheet says V4/5 - Blockedhttps://www.vemco.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/v7tp-handling.pdf). Understanding the selected receiver's specification and features (e.g., battery life, maintenance, etc.) and the number of receivers USACE will provide are important for us to determine the level of effort required to deploy them.

Clarification:
"The technical support for the initial award consists of data processing and analysis from two 12-receiver arrays utilizing Vemco HR2- 180 khz acoustic receivers, and producing 2-dimensional and/or 3-dimensional tracks. Additional technical support of the same nature is included in options for data-processing and positioning from up to three 12-receiver arrays".
