About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Court Reporting Services, Solicitation Number W912P525QA005 issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD). The Q&A provides critical details for potential vendors, including that this is a new requirement with no incumbent, pricing will be per hour, and up to 6 vendors will be selected. Key operational details reveal that proceedings are likely to be multiple days (average 5 days), will occur across several Midwestern states, and may be conducted virtually or in-person.

The document clarifies important vendor requirements, such as the ability to provide live transcripts, use electronic dictation and recording technology, and meet performance specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The bid due date has been extended to Wednesday, 7 May 2025, and the BPA Questionnaire will be uploaded to SAM on 28 April 2025. Vendors are instructed to only submit quotes when they can fulfill the specific requirements, and the exact delivery date for transcripts will be specified at the individual call order level.
