QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
COURT REPORTER
1. Could you also advise if this court reporting service will be in person or via zoom? If in person is there any clearance needed to gain access to the building?
Answer: The court reporter will be TEAMS, teleconference and in person. There are no special access requirements currently. Once our location is moved there might be a need for clearance.
2. On the PWS it mentions that the court reporter should provide services for 40 hours weekly in part 1 and then in part 5 it mentions that court reporter should provide services for 60 hours. Please advise.
Answer: This is an error on our part and will be correct with amendment 0001 and is fourth coming. The correct answer is 60 hours.
3. The start date of this contract is not listed. I looked and could not find it.
Answer: The Period of Performance (POP) is listed on the solicitation on page 6 of 49 but may be change depending on contract award date.
