WAGE DETERMINATION

No. 2015-5367, Revision No. 03 dated 30 December 2016

WAGE DETERMINATION

The Service Contract Act states that employees must be paid in accordance to Department of Labor’s (DOL) prevailing labor rates. The prevailing determination for this requirement is No. 2015-5367, Revision 3 dated 30 Dec 2016. The following listing is an excerpt of the prevailing wage determination and provides information regarding the Truck driver occupations only. Additional work occupations and information are listed within Determination 2015-5367. Although the following is only an excerpt of the prevailing wage determination, the Contractor is required to comply with the complete document, to include health, welfare, vacation, holidays, uniform, etc.

If Contractor anticipates utilizing any other occupations such as janitor, laborer, etc., he should immediately contact the Contracting Officer for the additional minimum hourly wage and benefits information. The Contractor shall post a copy of the wage information in accordance with the contract document. The Government reserves the right to complete on-the-spot labor interviews of the Contractor’s personnel. The Contractor shall maintain complete payroll documentation which is to be made available upon request by the Government.

Note: Executive Order (EO) 13658 establishes an hourly minimum wage of $10.15 for calendar year 2016 that applies to all contracts subject to the Service Contract Act for which the solicitation is issued on or after January 1, 2015. If this contract is covered by the EO, the contractor must pay all workers in any classification listed on this wage determination at least $10.15 (or the applicable wage rate listed on this wage determination, if it is higher) for all hours spent performing on the contract. The EO minimum wage rate will be adjusted annually. Additional information on contractor requirements and worker protections under the EO is available at www.dol.gov/whd/govcontracts.

OCCUPATION CODE AND TITLE MINIMUM HOURLY WAGE

31361 - Truck driver, Light 14.97 31362 - Truck driver, Medium 15.98

FRINGE BENEFITS:

In addition to the hourly wage rates listed above, employees are to receive the following fringe benefits for ALL occupations included within Wage Determination 2005-3025, Revision 19, dated 29 Dec 15.
