About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding venue requirements for a federal contract opportunity. The solicitation is for venue services at TF Castle Post for an event. The questions indicate the event will require general session space for 65 rounds of 10 people that could be in the same room as the lunch area. Breakout rooms are also needed and could accommodate theatre style seating for 75-90 people each in 7 rooms rather than classroom style. Children attending will eat in a separate childcare area so seating is only needed for 650 adults. No other details are provided regarding required products or services, pricing, response dates or the award timeframe.

W912LM-24-Q-0004 Questions
1. Can the general session and lunch tables be in the same room and the same set? So, 65 rounds of 10 people at each?
a. Is there a program where everyone needs to see a stage?
A. Yes, that setup can work! A general session with speakers will be happening for the first half of the day, so I’d say a stage would be nice to have.
2. Instead of classroom style for 100 people in 10 Conference rooms, could you do theatre style seating (chairs only, no tables) for about 75-90 people in 7 breakout rooms?
A. Yes, this setup for breakout rooms would work as well.
3. Are the 650 adults and the 125 kids eating in the same room or do you need total dining seating for 775 people (650 adults + 125 Kids)?
A. The kids will be eating in the childcare rooms so we will only need lunch seating for adults.
