The following quesons and answers are provided for informaonal purposes only:
Queson #1: This requirement is for 80” x 80” inches. What is the net thickness of these mats? I am looking at the diagram but it’s a bit confusing. I assume half the total net thickness would be the flange thickness, as well? Please confirm.
Answer #1: As stated in 3.3.1, the thickness of the panels shall be 0.36 (-0/+0.125) inches.
Queson #2: The info made no menon of the connector system. The original connector system was changed aer the trafficking tests were completed and I have no idea what the presently used product is since there is no menon or drawing or packaging instrucons of the items.
Are the mats to have a lower connector bushing atached?
Answer #2: The design includes holes drilled in the mat to facilitate a connector system not included in this solicitaon. There are no lower connector bushings.
Queson #3: Is the contractor to provide either the connectors or to assemble and/or connect them in the prescribed cover?
Answer #3: No, this contract includes no connectors.
