Question #1: Is the due date Thursday 11 July 2019 or Friday 12 July 2019?
Answer Question #1: The due date is Friday, 12 July 2019.
Question #2: In documents posted with the solicitation titled “Attachment_01_Purchase_Description” under Section 2, part t), and “Attachment_02_Evaluation_Factors” under Section 1, part t), it requests the following:
“The ability to connect and analyze multiple social media profiles operated by USACE, in aggregate form and as individual sites, such as USACE’s 200+ Facebook profiles or its extensive Twitter feeds. Data presented should include (but not be limited to): Amount of posts, engagement, reach, etc.”
Are you looking to monitor each of the 200+ live Facebook profiles in real time for PR and Crisis Management? And if so, do you need to monitor all 200+ simultaneously?
Or are you asking to gather historical, aggregated information and insights from the 200+ Facebook profiles/sites to do historical look-back analysis for planning and decision purposes, whereas they don’t need to monitored in real-time?
Given your requirement indicates 200+, do you a more specific ballpark range such as 225 or 250? And do you anticipate the number to grow over the period of performance? If so, at what frequency and rate?
Answer Question 2: Among our requirements, we are looking to monitor content produced by USACE-operated social media presences throughout the enterprise for visibility of the substance of posts as they occur. We also need the ability for analysis of data after the fact in aggregate. For example, data presented should include (but not be limited to): Amount of posts, engagement, reach, etc. While the number of presences may fluctuate on occasion, it is rare for the establishment of new social media accounts representing USACE. The volume of accounts being discussed is approx. 230 Facebook pages and 50 Twitter accounts.
