About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W912EK25RA036 concerning LD15 Roofs. The Q&A addresses two primary contractor inquiries: (1) roofing membrane manufacturer specifications and (2) material handling logistics. Regarding membrane requirements, the government indicates that any manufacturer is acceptable for the roofing membrane, provided the material meets or exceeds the 60 mil Duro-last PVC specifications. Specifically, contractors can use alternative manufacturers like Carlisle TPO or PVC, as long as the material meets the specified technical requirements. For material handling, the document clarifies that no onsite cranes are available at either project site, meaning all materials must be manually transported to and from the roof projects.
