Our firm's CONUS-based operations are located in the Texas and throughout Southeast. Our offices and staff have been affected by Hurricane Harvey, which has forced many of our staff to tend to the immediate needs of their respective families, properties and communities.
Taking the impact of natural disaster in to consideration, would the Government consider extending the proposal due date by 10 days from the published RFP due date to allow us to effectively respond to the needs of the community and our family members? We believe this extension would allow the affected Southeast-based firms a chance to refocus their efforts on this proposal effort. The result would lead to increased competition which is always in the best interest of the Government and taxpayer.
Would the Government grant our request?
