1. The Statement of Work, in Section 1.9, calls out the various codes and UFC’s to be used in this project. The first two are Structural and Electrical Engineering. Is it the intent of this section that the contractor produce stamped drawings by a registered engineer for this project, or simply that the performance criteria be met?

Answer: Simply that the performance criteria are met.

2. In the Statement of Work, section 2.4 calls out EFI&T, or Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test.

Again, will the customer require that this engineering is performed by a registered engineer?

Answer: No registered engineer is required.

3. Are existing fuel lines to be demolished and removed underground as well as in the basement to the generators?

Answer: Yes, the existing fuel lines to the existing generators to be demolished need to be removed from underground and as well as in the basement, so attached SOW that adds 2.10.7.
