A: Multiple weights, but not provided by customer. Materials are fleece and nylon. All linens are for standard twin size beds

A: The last contract award for this service was W9124V18D0001

A: See Updated PWS-Items shall be dried according to manufacturer recommendation and industry standard. No items shall be returned damp.
Q: PRS #2: All stains, dirt, paint, bodily fluids removed prior to delivery
A: We are looking at reasonable performance of requested services. This is detailed in the PRS along with the expectations. As a rule of thumb, the vendor would not be required to launder linens with blood stains. The Customer will only send items deemed launderable. Contractor may inspect items prior to accepting for laundering to determine if stains are removable.
Q: PRS #5: can you please explain what the expectation is with the CIF numbers?
A: The purpose of the CIF numbers is accountability of the individual items sent for laundering to ensure what is sent is received. Vendor shall be financially responsible for lost items.
