* No, Code requires that they be two separate individuals.
Question 6: Can the assigned Superintendent Supervise multiple task orders at the same time or should a Superintendent be provided for each task order?
*Yes, they can be allowed to supervise multiple task orders, however; it is preferred for QA / QC purposes that they be two separate individuals
Question 7: It was mentioned at the Site Visit meeting that all task orders under 150K do not require a bond, please confirm this is the case?
*Yes, Task Orders that are under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $150,000 will NOT require bonds.

* The government will provide all documents (hazmat surveys) that show that asbestos is in the facility and direct you to remove.
Question 9: Will a separate APP / Health & Safety Plan / QC Plan be required for each task or can the contractor submit one round of plans in the beginning for all task orders?

Question 10: The pricing schedule provided has an NPP Line Item in it, please advise how to total this item into final proposal number?
*The Non-Pre-Priced line ltem #0001ER, 1001ER, and 2001ER = ZERO Disregard the $300,000 price as the solicitation is modified to delete the verbiage that states (Not to exceed $300,000.00) Question 11: It was stated that the bid date would be changed, please confirm date and time.
*Yes, the Bid Opening date will be changed.
Question 12: Will you be adding DB wage rates for ASBESTOS WORKER and FLOOR LAYER (Carpet, Vinyl and Resilient Flooring) even though they are not listed in the DB rates for the counties included in your RFP?
* There is a possibility that there will be Asbestos Work. If so, we would have to do a conformance to the Labor Department for them to add the wage if not listed. MICC does not add wages to the wage determination.
Common or General Laborer on the wage determination sheet covers wages that are not specifically listed or is not specialty work. If you are unsure of what wages to charge in reference to the Wage Determination Sheet, contact the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division @ 1-866-487-9243 or visit www.wagehour.dol.gov for more information.
Question 13: Can you clarify whether the line item:
1001ER non pre-priced items (not to exceed 300,000.00) 1 LS should be included as a lump sum in the contract total for the base year, and should it be $300,000?
If so, should we make it $300,000 X (% increase) for option years 1 & 2?
* Do not put any price amount there. This is unknown. Please see Question 10.
Question 14: I have a question regarding the total value of the contract. If the magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00; is this for the one year base contract? or Is the $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 for the entire life of the contract which includes the optional 2 years?
* The life of the contract with options
