About this file
This document is a reopened solicitation for medical equipment for the Utah Army National Guard. The solicitation is being reopened to limit the number of awards to an "all or nothing" award, as the government does not expect significant savings by making multiple awards and previously received enough vendor quotes that included all the required equipment. The solicitation is also being reopened due to the number of quotes previously received that contained multiple errors. Vendors who previously submitted quotes must resubmit a refreshed quote by the due date of 6:00pm (Mountain) on July 10, 2024, or they will be considered non-responsive.
The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and only quotes from registered small businesses in SAM.gov will be accepted. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price, and the award evaluation criteria will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation lists the specific medical equipment required, including an Ocular Response Analyzer, Vision Screener, Centrifuge, and Vital Signs Devices. Vendors must provide pricing and indicate if their quote is an exact match or equivalent to the specified items. All qualified responses will be considered by the Department of the Army Utah Army National Guard.

Text version
This solicitation is being reopened to limit the number of awards. This will be an all or nothing award.
The government does not expect significant saving by making multiple awards and previously received enough vendor quotes that included all the equipment such that sufficient competition is expected.
The solicitation is also being reopened due to the number of quotes previously received that contained multiple errors. Vendor quotes must be checked for readability, correct quantities, and correct calculations.
Vendor who previously submitted quotes must resubmit a refreshed quote by the due date or will be considered non-responsive.
