1. Will the Government be making the award for this requirement in FY23? The award should be in FY23 since it is an FY23 requirement but will bleed into FY24 due to length of training.

2. Is this a new requirement or contract renewal? New contract; no incumbent

3. Can you please elaborate on 2 modules (4 sessions each), does this mean that each clinician will conduct 4 sessions each over the course of 2 modules for a total of 8 sessions? Topics broke in to 4 sessions each but yes this would be over an 8-9 week period

4. The solicitation states, Place of Performance – Virtual Training over Zoom or similar virtual platform, conducted once a week at 1700 MST so will the requirement be for 8 weeks? Yes, for 8 weeks virtually

5. What types of presentations are the clinicians required to conduct? (PowerPoint, face-to-face, with live demonstrations, product use examples, etc) educational training as it pertains to Special Forces and enabler performance and wellness. Topics were listed in the Statement of Work; it should be a combination of remote live with a powerpoint presentation and a demonstration as needed depending on the subject discussed

6. Will the clinicians be required to provide printouts/downloads for the participants? Yes they will be required to send read a heads and anything they wish to use during the training ahead via email to the POC of training for distro to the Soldiers and provide a recording of the training to the POC to be distributed to those unable to attend Only section of the training that will not be recorded is the Q&A on sensitive topics

7. How will the government require the clinicians to follow up with the participants, if necessary?

Q&As after the video call... this portion will not be recorded for comfort of the service members asking questions the actual training will need to be recorded and shared for those that missed the training to be able to review at a later time. If there are follow on questions the SME should be able to email the presenter to have the question answered.

8. Are the requirements for licensed medical practitioners in the SOW firm? Can these positions be facilitated by an individual(s) with relevant operational experience and educational backgrounds in lieu of the listed "contact hours" of each clinician? Yes, for this series we want the trainer to be a SME in their field with the credentials to back it. Being licensed and working in their field is the requirement for this training at this time. The contact hours pertain to any follow on questions the SME may have after the training in the event they were not able to get their question answered prior to the end of the presentation. No, operational experience and education cannot be substituted with actual contact or interaction with Special forces operators or enablers.

9. Will the training last for a total of 4 weeks or 8 weeks? Yes 1 class a week for 8 weeks ( can shift if a holiday week interferes)

10. Will each clinician have their own separate day and time 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver their training and Q and A? Class time should be 1hr to no more than 1hr 15min to allow for 30 min discussion

11. Will they have the clinicians presenting together on the same day during the same time similar to a group speaking panel? That is up to the instructor on who they prepare the class it should be one focus topic per class

12. Is there any proposal format requirements in addition to and/or documents that are needed within proposal in order to be considered? A list of credentialing and how they meet or exceed the contact hours we have requested should be included.
