2.2 Equipment: See equipment listing on Attachment 2 – Equipment Listing (Vigitron Compatible).

The equipment list states Avigilon. Please clarify.

The requirement is for the system to be compatible with Avigilon. This has been corrected in the SOW.

2 SOW 1

3.1 Task 1 –The contractor shall install new cameras and perform labor to run new cabling for the cameras in Bldgs: 10, 40, 210, 122, 112, 108, 401, 415, 19, 301, 303, 208, 215, and 218. Question: Is there existing, tested, and usable fiber optic cable in each building that can be utilized for connectivity of the cameras to the head end?

Yes, each building has dedicated lines ran to the server rooms/server box. From each room, lines will need to be ran to each camera location. There is no requirement for trenching or new fiber runs.

3 Are the existing cameras IP or Analog All cameras are IP

4 What is the current Avigilon software version Avigilon Server 6.14.4.6 (build 100559)

5 How much time in recording retention As close to 60 days recording is needed

6 Can we stage an equipment trailer on site Equipment can be staged on base, it will all be inspected coming on base

7 Will you allow comparable products to Avigilon

A software change is not part of this requirement. Multiple brands are compatible with Avigilon.

8 What are the base access requirements? Badging, documentation etc

Base access will be discussed if awarded the contract. Expect everyone coming on base to have their Names, DOB, and SSN run through the Utah Criminal Justice Information System

Building 25 lists 2 cameras on the map, the spreadsheet does not list a building 25. Which is accurate

The spreadsheet is accurate. The map is provided with relative placement dependent upon SME recommendation 10 What is the height above grade or finished floor Various heights

There are five (5) viewing televisions on the spreadsheet but there are no locations displayed on the site map

12. All mounted in building 210. (3) in

Security, (1) in Command post, and (1) in the

CAT. All mounted to walls

Some of the products have an extended lead time, how is that handled under the performance period? May we get accommodations for delays outside of our control

A 60 day POP covers probable lead time.

Please provide explanation for a longer lead time.

Per the updated Sow https://aplits.disa.mil/processAPList.action shows the approved switches

Avigilon are not on the list Avigilon is a software program, they do not make switches.

Are analytics required on any of the cameras? (indoor or outdoor) Are analytics utilized on any of the existing cameras? If any of the cameras require analytics, please provide the information by camera

Analytics are not a requirement. The cameras must meet the minimum specifications.

15 Would the government please confirm all buildings have adequate rack space There is adequate rack space
